I love a good British tradition and I have loved watching the tennis at Wimbledon for years!
This year whilst in the que for my quite honestly over-priced water-downed Pimm’s, i got a tap on the shoulder by a man with the biggest camera. Could this ‘pap’ really want a photo of me?
Next thing I know I’m leaving the que been handed a punnet of strawberries and cream and the camera start flashing, all 3 camera men!
I stood awkward. Cringing at the situation as people walked passed staring and stopping! The camera men shouting ‘Go on eat one!’ and ‘hold those strawberries up!”
The next day tired from the drive back up North texts started flooding in; ‘check the Star’, ‘Your in the Express’. Page 2 in an article with Maria Sharapova of the national newspaper the Express!
